Office Relocations

Relocation Laws has over 20 years combined experience with office relocations. The team at Relocation Laws has worked with countless Government Departments and Private Enterprise to meticulously plan all aspects of relocations ranging from 10 to 5000 staff.

Furniture Audit

Relocation Laws has competed many furniture auditing projects, including recent projects for National Measurement Institute (NMI) Lindfield.  This project entailed photographing, measuring and quantifying every piece of equipment and item of furniture over 3 weeks

Lab and Research Relocations

Relocation Laws has experience with logistically planning laboratory relocations, which has involved extensively quantifying laboratory consumables, specialist and sensitive equipment and machinery, delicate and fragile equipment and chemicals.

Storage Audit

Relocation Laws is experienced with providing advice on storage needs, including quantifying items currently held on site, recommendations for disposal and gap analysis for new accommodation as well as recommending storage containers.

Since starting Relocation Laws Pty Ltd in 2001 we have built up a loyal client base and we have become an extremely successful boutique company, providing specialised Business Relocation Management Services, including tender management, storage auditing services, furniture procurement and design management to Government and non-government business in Canberra and Nationally for over 18 years.

We have built our success based on a strong delivery process extending beyond the traditional ‘building completion’ approach. At Relocation Laws, our team of specialists strongly believes the success of any relocation, fit out, and staff re-organisation is staff acceptance of their new accommodation, and the need for early consultation and co-ordination with user groups.
